The Initiation of Hamilton's Communities against racism

HAMILTON (Bizim Anadolu) - The Strengthening Hamilton's Community Initiative (SHCI) is a two-year, community-based, capacity-building project developed in response to the crisis of September 11, 2001 that resulted in an increase in hate crimes in Hamilton's diverse community.
